Role Objective
Responsible for managing end-to-end insurance operational activities ensuring accuracy, compliance, service quality, and timely execution as per company standards and IRDA guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end execution of assigned operational process
- Handling documents, validation, verification & approvals
- System management, data entry & record maintenance
- Coordination with internal teams, branches, insurers & partners
- Ensuring timely completion of activities within defined TAT
- Maintaining accuracy and adherence to process SOPs
- Support audits, compliance checks and quality improvement initiatives
- Reporting and escalation management when required
Skills Required
- Knowledge of General / Health / Life Insurance operations
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent coordination and communication
- Excel, Email Handling & Documentation
- Ability to work under timelines and multitask
- Ownership mindset and problem-solving ability
Qualification & Experience
- Graduate / Post Graduate preferred
- Relevant experience in Insurance Operations preferred
- Fresher with good knowledge and learning mindset may also apply
- Knowledge of IRDA regulations will be an added advantage
